Our Founder and Managing Partner shares more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources Consulting, Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, and process improvement from across the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia. Throughout his career, he has supported organisations ranging from global multinational corporations and regional market leaders to high-growth start-ups and established local businesses.Richard works closely with CEOs, boards and senior leadership teams to ensure that people strategies support wider commercial priorities.
