The Group is looking for a natural when it comes to corporate communications, someone who is as equally at ease with the nuances of making staff feel at home as they are in dealing with the nation’s press corps. This person will be responsible for planning and managing the Group’s internal and external communications in Malaysia, ensuring that all programmes and campaigns remain on brand and are consistent with the Group’s global values. This will include providing the platform for management to engage with staff and the general public.
The ideal individual will be responsible for innovative methods of bolstering the employee experience for a multinational headcount and synchronising strategies with the Group’s operations around the world, while intuitively handling and processing the feedback from multiplatform campaigns to improve the Group’s image.
