This Business Leader will have the ability to represent the organisation’s culture of excellence and add value to the business segment including end users and partner sales staff through strong sales, service and product knowledge.

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITY

  • Establish and manage close working relationships with the senior representitives of the retail channel partners to enhance the alliance and develop sales opportunities along with end user retail experience.
  • Support the channel partners by providing unparalleled support and assist them to overcome challanges in sales growth.
  • Strategically plan and agree marketing and in-store business growth initiatives, channel partner responsibilities and weekly sell through targets.
  • Ensure all Point-of-Sale forecasts are reliable and be able to predict and plan for weekly/seasonal/product launch sales variances where applicable.
  • Develop strong working relationships with in-store management and provide support to ensure forecasts and customer experience are achieved.
  • Be custodian of the Company brand, ensuring the highest level of brand representation and quality of service.
