Every potential Candidate is screened against the Job Brief to ascertain their sustability for the assignments. Once a 'long list' is compiled, our trained Partners, make every effort to carry out a face-to-face, competency based interview with each Candidate. We place particular emphasis on their levels of achievements, how they have led the business, strategic decision making, ability to impact and adapt to change, and areas of development should our Clients engage them as their employee. Once a shortlist is formulated, we present our Clients with a report on each individual with recommendations on why they should be considered for the role and the value they can add to an organisation.
